The Maker-E stocks a wide variety of electronic components, tools, and supplies. Authorized users can get parts for their projects, reserve equipment for a period of time, or check out kits to learn new skills.
The Maker-E Catalog is where you order electronic components for personal projects, classes, or research projects. We do not give out components unless they are ordered through the Catalog. There is no charge for the components, but the prices we pay for them are listed.
COMING SPRING 2018 – The Rental Center in the Maker-E Catalog allows authorized users to check out electronic equipment for weeks at a time. You may keep it in your Maker-E locker or use it in another Bucknell lab or classroom. All checked out equipment needs to be returned in good condition at the end of the year or you may be charged repair or replacement costs.
COMING SOON – Technology Kits will bootstrap your skills in a specific component, interface, sensor, or controller. All kits come with do-it-yourself instructions that get you up and running in a short period of time. You can check out the kits below, but they need to be returned complete when you are done with them.
New Technology Kits are being developed all the time.
